I am a native New Yorker who left those "New York minutes" for the slower-paced palm-tree-filled life in Orlando, Florida. When I'm not writing, I pay the bills by teaching mathematics at a college preparatory school in the Orlando area. When I'm not teaching or writing, I can usually be found either on one softball field or another or playing bass guitar with my band, The Flounders. My ultimate dream is to one day snowbird between upstate New York and central Florida, especially since a lot of my stories seem to be set in upstate New York. Go figure.
